The ZN-75 was one of the most unusual Miuras produced. Originally a Bertone Targa roof conversion, it was sold to the International Lead Zinc Research Organization (ILZRO) and was extensively reworked by them in association with Bertone.

Per the brochure published by the ILZRO: "Converted from the Lamborghini P400 Miura Spider, "the most glamorous, exciting and prestigous sports car in the world" the one-of-a-kind Zn 75 is, in effect, a design laboratory, strictly experimental in theory, but not without a caprice or two. We hope it will stimulate your thinking as it did ours."
