And Mr Hernandenz who are these "charter" members specifically.
The charter members of the IDA were all Manufacturer/Suppliers, not operators.
As with any association, the IDA has some "fall-out" for a number of reasons.
Unless you can tell me who specifically you are referring to it is impossible to provide you with an answer as to why they might not have renewed their membership.
