I usually paid my guys as independant contractors, and they signed a non-compete agreement, the other thing I did for my business was
had a pre-inspection worksheet that stated any pre-existing conditions and a waiver of liability form for the engine that the customer would signed
before work was started, this helped alot with issues that had arose. I have been doing this for 17 years. On another topic, have any of you used the cyclone machine?.. it has dual heads rotating in opposite direction.. It's great because it reduces heat build-up through friction..I only use it for
polish and wax applications, but this machine is awesome, I've never gotten swirls marks from it
