TORNADO CLEANING TOOL

For those detailers who use the Tornado Cleaning Tool can you tell me what you use it for and if you find it effective?

If you do not have one why not?

Too expensive?

Not effective?

There seems to be a great many favorable comments about the cleaning device, yet not that many detailers seem to have one.
