leaking Back Axle SIII V12

Dear All

I have a leaking back axle on my SIII, I'm car savy and have an workshop manual and am happy to have a go.

Has anyone done this before and if so is it something that I can do myself?

Paul:

Do you mean the differential is losing oil? Very common, but if you're not leaking an alarming amount I would wait until you remove the unit for another reason, e.g. rear caliper rebuild before tackling this particular problem.

Paul,

straight forward job but as Jeff says try to tie it in with an overhaul of the IRS at the same time.
