Transmission swap

I have a 1969 GTO with a 4 speed, all original 32,000 miles. I am in the process of purchasing a newer built up 400, (motor only) which is attached to a 400 turbo transmission. Does anyone see a problem with attaching this motor to may currant 4 speed ?
