Lost Option tag

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and have a question. I love '68 and '69 GTO's and just bought one of my dream cars, a '68 GTO convertible. The previous owner gave me the PHS documents, but there is no option tag on the car. The car needs a cosmetic restoration, and I want to make sure the option tag is in place. Where do I get a replacement option tag? I've searched the internet high and low and can't seem to find it. I'm sure if I'm able to provide the PHS info that they would be able to make another one somewhere. Does anyone have any ideas?
