I am willing to offer as follows:

1 x running Vespa 400
The car is running
everything is there. not original exhaust.
speedo there and working.

1 x Vespa 400 in pieces
2 extra engines and gear boxes. fuel tank for second car is their + all bits
including windshield and all mirrors and doors.
speedo for second car.
