For scuff marks and very dirty leather Mr Clean Magic Ereaser works, and so does 3M white scuff pads.Be careful on hard plastic.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
If Bud made welding torchs and gasoline he would endorse it for vinyl. What I like about Meguiars Interior detailer is that it leaves a like new finish not a shinny or slippry surface.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
For cleaning vinyl , I like Meguiars interior detailer. Murphy Oil Soap in the spray bottle workes well also . Like you said Doug a wet towel and a dry one works great too.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

I have to agree with Doug on this one. I dont think that DIY guys compete with Pros. When a DYI guy see how much work it is to do a super job he will go to a pro anyhow.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

Thanks Doug, for the test on Turtle liquid clay.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
Doug, Although I havent used it, everything I have read pro or con, and reading between the lines points to the fact that Zaino is the best. Now other products may be almost as good, some may even look better but nothing last as long.Other long lasting products but not as long as Zaino are Klasse, Collinite, and Duraglass 105. Of course everybody has there own opinion.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
I just gave my opinion. There is a Turtle Wax car wash about 2 miles away. They also wax cars. They do not use T-6, they do not use Ice. They use Platinum liquid.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
I liked Turtle Platinum. To me it worked very good , similar to NXT, Eagle Nano, and Mothers FX. There is a car museum in Volo Ill. that uses Turtle Platinum on there cars. They also give you a bucket filled with Platinum products when you buy a classic car from them.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

Doug, Continue with your product tests. You have a lot more products to try out. You should try Diamond Plus and see if Bud is right.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

Everything that I read about Zaino says how good it is . All these people including you cant be wrong. I have never tried Zaino, so I myself cant be a judge. I have no idea why Gary doesent like it, Im sure he has his reasons.I hear that the new Zaino AIO and CS are great stuff and I would like to try Z5pro. I think Zaino AIO followed with Z5 would leave a very nice finish.by Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
Everybody has their opinion on what products work and what doesent. In Garys case it is the process he uses, that makes his cars come out outstanding .He sells pro. products , so naturally he thinks his stuff is the best.I myself like Armor All, and I like the look of carnauba wax. He likes sealants because overall it will last longer then caranuba. He uses the most durable products that he can fiby Larry A - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
