Extractors have inline heaters so if you pour the chemical into the machine by the time you spray, the chemical is already activated. be careful when using agressive chemicals. Alot of time since you paint/clearcoat is dehydrated (for loss of better words) any chemical you introduce to it will absorbs like a sponge, especially if you used a bug and tar remover previvously. Try using a Car Wash Shampoo with wax. That will help with lubrication especially when using a wash mit. You can also use it while you clay the vehicle. Because it does contain wax the ph levels are contain and not allowing you to strip and existing waxes or sealant off your vehicle. This will work if you are doing a maintenance detail. Bud A, You need to use a low foaming cleaner expecially when you are cleaning carpets and upohlstery. Your cleaner should also be heat activated especially if you are using a hot water extractor. Dawn dishwasher cleaner is too agreesive and might stip the essential dyes that are in the material. You will also spend more time trying to vacuum up all the foam you created.
