Customer Service, Please difine it...

<HTML>What is customer service to you? Is it as simple as showing up on time?

Is it getting your clients vehicle completely swirl free or is it more than that?

Please define customer service in your words.</HTML>

<HTML>Defining customer service is like defining air. It's just there or its not. Customer service is being able to smile say 'yes ma'am yes sir' when you really want to tell them 'F--- off'.
The most important thing that I think defines customer service is never never losing sight of the fact that our customers are why we are in business. My customers are almost as important to me as my family. Showing up on time, removing all the swirl marks, etc. is a sign of a professional. A good example of customer service is making them feel good about calling you vs. the competition. Take the time to have a two minute conversation about how little Suzy and Bobby are doing or about how there latest trip was.</HTML>
