The ETG-II, which reads steel and aluminum is about twice that.

Just so most have an idea of just how pricey these units are.

I won mine on Ebay "buy it now" for $185 a few months ago.

If you need one right away go for it but hold out and you will see' em cheaper.</HTML>

From the posts ... Seems I am currently priced right between what would be a distributor's "brand new" and someone's "cheapy - old shop hag".

Wish I saw the same deal when I bought it three months ago.</HTML>
