<HTML>Has anyone ever heard of a SWOT analysis? This is a way to evalute your business.

The way it works is that you evaluate the following aspects of your business:

S - trengths
W - eaknesses
O - pportunities
T - hreats

After doing this analysis reveailing about you as a business person and your business you put all this information together into a 3 Step Plan of Action.

Is anyone interested in doing a SWOT analysis of their business?

Before saying YES, consider the time, effort and money you might have to put into it and if you think it would be worth it. Or, are you satisfied with where you are, and if you are not, then what is it worth to you in terms of time; effort and money to change and improve.

<HTML>SWOT analysis is a great strategic management strategy for your business. The strengths and weaknesses refer to the internals of your company and the oppurtunities and threats refer to the external market and other external factors. I am pretty familiar with doing these so if anyone has questions please feel free to contact me.
