<HTML>I am new in the business, what form would I need to file taxes to the IRS? I am an LLC with only me single person LLC.

Does taxes have to be filed by the end of this year, does the IRS go according to a calendar year for businesses?

<HTML>Duncan, cant anser the questions, but if you go <a href="[www.irs.gov]; here </a> you can order some cd-roms direct form the IRS, will give you all the information you'll need . They are free and take about 3-4 days to ship.

This is not something you want to guess at. Spend a few dollars and go to a CPA, does not have to be a big firm, maybe one who works alone and get them to help you. You need to do things correctly.

Do not go to a bookkeeper, you need to consult with a CPA on this.
