IDA Pavillion @ Car Care World Expo

The INTERNATIONAL DETAILING ASSOCIATION recently announced that through an agreement with the Car Care World Expo (May 11-14, 2009) to have a Detailing Pavillion on the trade show floor for manufacturers and suppliers of detailing products only.

This Detailing Pavillion will feature from 15 to 20 exhibitors from all phases of the detailing industry, chemicals; extractors; suppliers, equipment, etc. It will be a great opportunity for detailers to talk with suppliers and see, feel, and touch equipment, supplies and chemicals.

In addition to the Detailing Pavillion, the IDA will also be responsible for the entire Detail Educational Track for the Car Care World Expo which will include several sessions on the major aspects of the detail business including:
Chemicals; Paint Finishes; Marketing & Advertising and others.

"This cooperation with the ICA and the Car Care World Expo is a great opportunity for the detail industry and the IDA to have a place to call'home,'"
stated Bud Abraham - Executive Director of the IDA.

"With the Detailing Pavillion industry manufacturers and suppliers now have a place where they can exhibit their products and reach detailers. As well, detailers will have a place where they can go for a few days to see, feel and touch the latest technologies in the industry all in one place, and at the same time take in several educational seminars," he further indicated.

It is hoped that the entire detailing industry will come to view the Car Care World Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada as the trade show for the detail industry and that the IDA can use this venue as their annual convention and meeting too.
