Alright, lets try this one,
Who here can effectively remove a year old red kool aid stain from carpet without dye and if so, whats your secret?

Try peroxide (the regular ole kind in the brown bottle). I've used it on tomato sauce stains & juice stains sometimes several days or more old (it's amazing where kids can muck things up) and it has worked for me everytime. I just saturate the stain, wait a few minutes then soak it up, then reapply until it's gone.

Found this on the internet. I have not tried it, but worth a try.

What's red cool aid? Do you have a steam cleaner? They are great for stain removal. I get most stains out with 160 degree dry steam.

Steam is the way forward!

I do not as of yet own a steam cleaner but i have tried one on these stains to no avail.
