Interior Odours.... that old stinking topic!

Guys,
I just spotted something I haven't heard of before in odour remediation. A Hydroxyl Generator...

It seems to be safer / kinder / easier than Ozone Generators but at first glance, it looks expensive.

I never really trust particle generators, whether ozone or foggers, etc. I do use a fogger but only after a targetted treating, flushing and extraction of the source of the odour wherever it may be. But some odours should not be wetted too much in case the source travels further into the surface or cracks/crevices.

Has anybody come across Hydroxyl? Or else, what is your favourite treatment for residual odours...
