Rust

I have a restored 1970 VW Beetle. It would be in mint condition except for a few surface rust spots that I want to nip in the bud.

I would like to know the best way to correct the problem and also the best products to do the job. I don't care how much it costs. Ok, if its outrageous maybe not!... yuk yuk. Please give me the steps and the details.
