Very early E-Types featured "welded louvres". Do you know until what chassis numbers welded louvres have been used, before the bonnet manufacturer, Abbey Panels, developed a tool which enabled them to press the louvres into the bonnet itself?
I own OTS LHD 876128. It has the welded louvres.
Your expert knowledge is highly appreciated.
