Hi
I am interested in a 64 coupe. 3.8. It's all original and the body is in very good condition Interior needs work. One door skin is about rusted through. I am having a very hard time getting a value for this car. As I said it's all original and has only 9500 mile, one lady owner from new! it was a gift from her aunt for her 16th birthday (lucky Kid eh). Can anybody offer any advice?

Wow a 64 coupe with only 9,500 miles??? this seems to good to be real. When was the last time the car has been driven?? Besure the check the numbers on the carbuerators, head, and tag to see if it really is all originial. If the door skin is about rusted through i think there is MUCH more seriouse damage that your not seeing, look at the underbody, chances are the jack up points are rusted out... that makes it a real bitch... Look at the boot floor make sure it isnt rusted out. If the door skin is almost rusted through i really doubt the body can be in that great of condition.... Probably 5,000$ car.
