Flasher unit location

Hi there, got a mechanic restoring a series III e-type, and was told that the direction lights/hazard lights are not working.

Was told that it was likely to the the flasher unit being faulty, but that he was not able to find it.

Anyone know the location? If you have pics of the location and would send it to me, that would be a god-send.
