can i buy a -66 GTO steering wheel for my -67 GTO with not original , i got a chanse to do so , but what is the difference

A 66 will fit fine. The differences are minor and it looks just about the same. Do the Swedish babes like GTO's?

nothing is the 68/70 wheel is about 2 inchs smlr ...the 66 and 67 are the same.. as the 64 and 65 are the same,,
