Wanted: Nice '69 GTO 4-speed conv.

Looking for nice, matching numbers, '69 GTO four-speed convertible. It's a tall order, but will pay for the right car. Thank you.

A yellow '69 GTO is located in Bellevue, WA. close to Seattle. Beautiful yellow exterior, nice wheels and tires. Green interior with new green top. Car has rear spoiler and hood tach. Owner wants $16,800. Has a 400 ci engine and a 4 speed tranny. Interior lights, radio & tach did not seem to work, also I could not find emergency brake and glove box door needs lock. Otherwise, car is a beauty. Is this a fair price for this car?
