455 Heads?????

I recently aquired a set of heads for my 455. The casting number on the heads is 197. They are a round port head, and I was told they were off of a 71 455 HO. Can anyone comfirm this? They are unmolested, and I got them for a good price. I just want to make sure what they are before I have them rebuilt by Jim Butler performance. Any help would be great.
