oil leak dipstick

I have a 68GTO, run good, start good, Only one problem?
When I punch the gas oil sometime come out of the dipstick.
as long as i just drive normal its ok, but if you punch it that when the oil come out? What can I do to fix this?

Is the dipstick tube leaking at the block?

The oil dipstick tube was air hammer in before the oil pan was put on.

If you have oil comming out around the dipstick you may have to replace it?

HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH MY '72 GTO 400.
INSTALLED A BREATHER ON ONE OF THE VALVE COVERS, NO PROBLEM SINCE.
