1968 gto engine code

Some one help please. I have a 1968 gto. PHS doc titled "billing history" states that my engine option under spot # 34 was code 5. When I turn to the next sheet which says "zone copy" on the bottom, there is no #5 option in the engine sections. Anyone have a 68 GTO phs they can help with here to verify what I have.
