NEW TO SCOOTERS! Don't know benefits HELP ME OUT

Hello I've been looking at the scooter market and am not sure why I should get a scooter!

Perhaps you could explain to me why you chose to buy a scooter and what are the benefits I will get!

I don't know wheter to get a motorbike or a scooter. WHy should I get a scooter over a motorbike!

Scooters can take only 2 persons !
The Vespa 400 can take a couple with a child and a dog according to the Piaggio ACMA publicity.
