New parts being made

I am in process of having new parts made for the Vespa 400 American version. Any input would be appreciated. So far I am having made the headlight rings tail light lens marker light lens interior light lens

I am considering having the bumpers made. It would be a costly part. I need to know about how many I thought I could sell.

I think you should consider to manufacture:
1. Wheels hab caps.
2. Oil mixer tank.
3. Doors inside panel (original patren).
4. Sun roof (original patren, very important).

Some of the parts you mention I already have. Some of them will be very low volume and expensive. I will try to make anything I have orders for. I have over 8000 parts in stock now.
