What's up guys, I don't know if some of you remember me or not since the last time I contributed to the phorum was 2006. My name is Philip and I slogged in the trenches and operated a mobile detailing business in Myrtle Beach, SC for ten years. I have now come full circle and I manage a team of five guys in the detailing department of a large Buick/GMC dealership in Myrtle Beach. I founby st. legal - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

You're on track to way out posting him if you stay on another week. Listen I hate to break it to you, but starting threads explaining every part of a shop vac is helpful to no one. Always,Always,Always go over the vehicle with a new customer before you touch it and bring any blemishes to there attention. And if youre really worried about it get them to sign off on it. If you just think about it, it's easy to see why the PC dosent work for scratches. Scratches are removed by the rotary because of the heat generated by the pad spinning in the same buffing line repeatedly. This in effect melts the clear coat and levels it or smooths it out if you will, we all know that right? Well if thats the case then it just stands to reason that the pc isn't effectiby st. legal - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

Emdee, follow Anthony's advice. Until you are able to purchase yourself an extractor DO NOT PRESSURE WASH THE INSIDE OF A CAR! I know some guys who have used this method and lets just say you better have good insurance. It sounds like Spotless Guy takes some good precautions, but even still spraying a pressure washer inside of any halfway decent car is crazy. A vertical tank whaen it's full would scare me in a van because of being so top heavy. I dont even know if it could be secured well enough, if you took off to fast it might pull anything out and blow right out the back door! There are many different filter systems on the market that may or may not work well, not sure I dont use one.by st. legal - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

If the van is just a van and your logo isn't on it then its just a picture of a van. I don't think its unethical. If it is wrong then the company that made the van also has the same case you have. For example if it's a white Ford Econoline that they show in the article (without the logo) Then I have the same argument as well. In my opinion this is just the next big thing thats gonna destroy the earth! Ted Danson said 13 years ago that the oceans would be dead in 10 yrs and every celebrity and THEIR scientist signed on to this theory.
