72 GTO manual door handle - 15 years ago

Hi folks - My interior restoration has come to a grinding halt and I'm embarrassed to ask this but... How in the world do you remove the manual window crank handle? I've taken off the old door skin (ripped it off) and I've purchased new interior door skins from The Paddock but for the life of me I can't figure out how that manual window crank handle comes off.
