help

i have asked for advice on which synthetic wax to use and thought i would try finish first . well it has been 2 weeks and no finish first has arrived. somebody tell me where to go to buy this or should i take the service i got so far as an indication of the product quality? i am thinking about trying zaino as i have heard very good things about it. i'm not a big meguirs medallion fan as i find it a little hard to work with as far as removal. any suggestions?

thanks for the info,i am in maryland,and the dealer i ordered from was liqui tech of kentucky only because that web site came up first.

That is THE main site where Liqui-tech is based. I have ordered from them with no problems. Have you tried giving them a call to check on your order or to find a local retailer?
