New and improved Message board!

All:

If you are reading this, you have probably noticed that there have been significant changes to the Vespa Microcar message board.

An upgrade has been long overdue. Although there is never any such thing as a change without pain, I do believe that this upgrade will improve the usefullness and popularity of the message board. Hopefully it will also take care of some of the problems of the old software.

As always, comments and suggestions are welcome.
