Looking for a Vespa 400 near New Jersey - 10 years ago

Hello there, I am looking for a vespa 400 anywhere between Vermont/Maine and Maryland. I am not to picky about the condition, but if it has an engine, that is a plus. It could be a restoration that has been started, or a total basket case. Please let me know if you have one sitting around. I am hoping to spend between $500 and $2500 depending on the condition and what parts are included. I
