Some Stupid Game Support Page

Playing Some Stupid Game is very easy. You move the cursor (pink "X") by moving your iPhone so that it collides with the round changing color thingy. If you can do it within the Time Limit, your score increases by 1. No big deal. If you fail to hit the round changing color thingy with the "X" cursor within the Time Limit, you get an orange band informing you of your misfortune. Most importantly, your level is reset to 1. Giving the iPhone a shake or tapping the orange banner grants you the priviledge of starting over.

When you get 10 hits on the round changing color thingy, you move to another level. Also the time limit changes, going down by 0.25 seconds. There are 11 possible levels, from 2.75 seconds to .25 seconds.

New Feature: Got a phone call, somebody ask you a question or any other interruption of the important and vital task at hand (playing Some Stupid Game)? Just touch anywhere on the screen and the cursor will stop moving and your time is preserved. Once the pesky interruption has passed, touch the play arrow and the fun resumes.

Features of the settings page which is accessed by the gear icon at the lower left - lucky you! - include the caffeine level adjuster that allows you to mellow (fewer coffee cups) or caffinate (more coffee cups) the cursor movement. Preliminary tests have indicated that more coffee cups results in the ability to achieve higher scores. Others insist that there can be too much (of a good thing).

But wait - There's more! You can also control the cursor movement with the "Natural" and "Opposite" modes. They govern the direction of the cursor when the iPhone is moved.

One more thing: Have Fun! Special thanks: Spousal unit Francie, StackOverFlow.com, meetup.com group Explore iOS (iPhone/iPad).
