bay lighting question
October 16, 2003 03:13AM
<HTML>Have read a few posts here about what type of lighting is best for bays etc, and what type of light is the best for seeing swirl marks. During a quiet moment at work I got to thinking baout this .

Has anyone tried using "Full Spectrum " Lights ? The reason I got to thinking about this is that I like to do a little bit of photography on the side and I know they sometimes use these type of bulbs in studios or indoor shots to correct the green glow that is given off by Fluorescent Tubes.

I tracked somedown on a website and just wanted to get some opinions/thoughs .

<HTML>Jim:

I have two huge flourescent bulb fixtures in my private shop. This ables me to see EVERY flaw in the finish. They get annoying when they're ready to burn out with their constant flashing. But for lighting, I believe this is the way to go.</HTML>
