Help anyone? (Big pics inside)

<HTML>ok, I will admit.. I went over my head on this one I think. This is my aunts theft recovered Jeep. Anyhow, I have a few questions to ask about it and will post pics.

1) Would wetsanding work for this oxdation? If so what grit? Is there any thing I can do to help fix/help this?

<img src="[www.users.qwest.net];

The 2nd pic seems to be some kind of side door panel. I don't know if I can treat this the same as the rest of the Jeep? It fells the same but not 100% sure?

2) What should I use to remove these? I have tried a few things and they are still there. Am I doing something wrong? ( I was using my PC)

<img src="[www.users.qwest.net];

3) Someone painted all the windows black. I cleaned all the windows but the back one just fine. The back window has then defog wires running through it, how do I remove the paint w/o messing the defog up? (Paint is on the inside of the window, not the outside of it)

This car is perfect fpr me to test my skills out on and trhat what I am doing with it. I took more before pics and will take some after just to see how I do. Is there anything else you all think I should do?</HTML>

<HTML>looks like the clear coat has failed, no way to actually fix it other than a re-paint.</HTML>

<HTML>You are likely dealing with the clearcoat failing. The only way to fix it is to repaint.</HTML>

<HTML>would this be something like a touchup or a new paint job all together?</HTML>
<HTML>A new paint job on the affected panel/panels. Try 0000 steel wool on the back glass, wont strip the heater elements.</HTML>
