<HTML>Here is the latest list of States that are adapting the California VOC regulations.
While there will be some modifications of the California regulations, it appears the New Jersey has gone even further than California on some of the rules.
States adapting tough VOC regulations are
New Jersey
New York
Maryland
Virginia
Massachusetts
Conneticut
Delaware
Pennsylvania
States in process of writting regulations
Maine
New Hampshire
Vermont
Rhode Island
Just a heads up to all.

I see you and Jim have put the California CARB news releases, list of states, with dates of impending regulatory laws, a great "explaination/fact" sheet regarding VOC's, the State of California's list of products, etc.
What an informative addition to the PDTA site!
Unfortunately, there are many "detailers" who just don't get the importance of what the Association is providing to the industry, how things such as this information may save them their business, house and other things.
$75 they'll spend on a couple cases of beer and a carton of cig's, but will let their ego's tell them that taking part in the PDTA is below them.
Sad state of affairs, says alot about many who "profess" to be professional detailers.
All the information, factual information is there, yet when I look in on several of the "product sponored" web forums, they are still stumbling about in the dark regarding the VOC issue.
