Remove Touch-up Paint

<HTML>Hi there. I have a 2000 Lexus RX 300 that has a few minor dings in the hood. I was (poorly) advised by an auto parts place to try dabbing on a little touch up paint. I purchased the dealer paint, but it looks terrible -- worse than if I hadn't done anything. I'm taking it in to a professional on Monday. Is there anything I should do to remove the touch up paint to minimize this mess before Monday? I sure hope the professionals can fix it!! Is there hope short of repainting the whole hood? I take such good care of my car and am just devistated. Lee Ann</HTML>

<HTML>If the guys are any good at all, then let them deal with your errors.

They should be much more equiped to remove your errors, without creating further damage, than you are.

<HTML>Lee Ann, Ron is right! Leave it a lone, as the pros know what to do. If you keep Monkieing around, your gonna make a Blind Man Lame! So do nothing ,but take it to the pros. If they are truly a professional shop leave it to them.................................For What Ever its Worth............... Brandy !</HTML>
