<HTML>I had a friend put vent visors on my new Avalanche, well one is noticeable crooked - how do you remove a vent visor without damaging the auto frame?</HTML>

<HTML>Use a hair dryer to carefully heat up the double sided tape that is holding the ventvisor on (some types are also compression fit and if so will just pop off for adjustment). Once the tape is loosened slowly begin to gently pull the visor off from one end . It will start to pull away from the door frame and will eventually come off. If may leave some glue residue that can be easily removed with adhesive remover. This will also more than likely ruin the double sided tape so you will need to hit a body shop supply store to buy a fresh piece. Remove the old piece and replace with a new one and re-install. Don't use just any double sided tape either. You want automotive grade or it will just come off again.</HTML>
