Hello, New Here

Hello,
I am in the process of researching starting a mobile detailing service. I know I have a lot to learn, but am willing to invest time and money to do it right and legal.

My big worry and I cant find details on this business in New Jersey is what to do with Water after I collect it. Does it go to a public recycling or sewage plant, how much does that cost etc. Can I rent a cheap garage and put it in the plumbing thier?

When you start a business right and legal it is going to cost you money. Should not talk "cheap" when you are thinking of starting a business.
