Looks as if the guy on TruthinDetailing knows his stuff. He started with a couple of severe cases of cobwebbing and did some good correction.
Your vid shows a car in reasonably good condition that gets a wash and sealant application. I don't know if the product used in the vid contains any cleaner. If it does, it polishes and seals in one step, a good way to go for quick results on cars in good condition.
