Micro Fibre Polishing Pads

Hi folks,

Whats the feedback on the MicroFibre Polishing Pads from Meguiars? They have been a bit expensive for me to ship in on a whim, so I'm just wondering how effective they are, especially on a 3401. If you have any opinion on these questions, as well, it would be great to hear them...

How durable are they?

How good are they following wet-sanding with 2000 or 3000 grit?

Are they versatile with other polishes or should they only be used with the Megs system?

Is the Chemical Guys pad the same as the Megs pad?
