dash for 71 Lemans or GTO

Can anyone help me with this problem? I picked up a 71 Lemans Sport conv. about 2 years ago. Nice car, but some minor problems. The hard material that was used to make the dash is all cracked up and look like someone took a hammer to it. I've been searching for a replacement dash or some way to repair it but I've been told that I'm wasting my time because they're hard to find. Does anyone know an alternative other than that plastic shell I've seen them being advertised, it does not fit well or look good. Additionally, I would like to replace the hood, headlight assembly/frame, nose piece and valance to make it a clone. Does anyone have these items at a reasonable price... Thanks..

Have you tried just dashes? The can remold an existing frame. Looks very original and is worth the price tag.
