I have been blessed with the opportunity to buy a PHS documented restorable 1969 Judge. Problem is, no title

What can I do to get a clean title for this car? I am currently in Wisconsin...

Please help me find a way to get this car back on the road!!!

First off nice to meet another person from Wisconsin on here!!! Obtaining a title should be rather easy! Check out Broadway Title.com!! Its rather inexpensive and is 100% legal!! I know a few people who have gone with them and have had no trouble at all!!! Hope this helps!!
