data plate help

Hi. trying to deciplher my data plate. there are a couple of codes I cannt seem to decipher.

st 66-24217 pon 8950 body
tr 223-b w-w paint
E-2GR
13-1W
BODY BY FISHER

I got all the basics... but can't seem to find anything on the E-2GR and the 13-1w codes. ANY help would be greatle appreciated.

additional info:
the E-2GR is located under the 223-b and
the 13-1W is stamped right over the "fisher"
also the date code is: 12c 1
what is the one for?? This is a California car.

The letters and #'s are for options, these codes were used on 66/67 cars.
They mean as follows.....

E= Tinted Glass (all)
2 G= Console
R= Rear Speaker
