best type of headers???

I am wanting to put headers onto my '68 gto and I'm not sure what kind to put on. Any suggestions? Also, is there a way to open and close them?

Go to pypsexhaust.com for GTO exhaust system parts. You can buy a nice pair of Doug's 4-1 long tube headers form this website for a reasonable price. There are also "exhaust cut outs" that can be found on this site. They are basically an exhaust valve allowing the exhaust to escape out right after the header; when the valve is closed, the exhaust will run through the mufflers and system. You can find these on most sites for fairley cheap. If you have the money, you should get an X pipe with dumps from the website I referred to earlier. If you read about them on the website, they have charts and stats to prove that you get more power running through the X pipe when it is obep than running with open headers.
