<HTML>Hey everyone, Thought I'd drop a note and let everyone know that my boat detailing manual has been redone with a better look and some minor added updates. (For those of you who ordered one last summer/fall, I will be emailing you the updates to print.) The new manual is less bulky, better binding system and more portable than the larger binder manual I had for sale last year. Sby Brian Angelucci - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>Wow, sounds like my life and exactly how I got started. I'll post more when I get a chance -- there is a lot of info to give on this matter. My buddy Rob Glinsky is a trainer at Detail King and is worth the small initial investment if you're looking for a two day hands on training.</HTML>by Brian Angelucci - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts
<HTML>Hi Dan, That's a good question. Maybe it is because of the lack of promotion and marketing. I just heard about such a system several months ago but think it's been around for a year or more. Personally, I haven't tried it yet but Rob Glinsky is the one to talk about using it. He's been using it for several months now and has nothing but good things to say about iby Brian Angelucci - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

<HTML>You are right, Cerious Compound is either a polish or compound depending on what pads you use. However, I prefer the Machine Polish followed by the Finishing Wax sealant. I'll use the Cerious on the cerami-clears. What more information are you looking for George? <HTML>Jeff, I do agree that image is extremely important. However, I have had $50k, $60, and even $90k vehicles dropped off at my house if I couldn't do the work at their place. <HTML>If the stain is red from tannins, ammonia should do the trick. Ammonia with the heat transfer may work. Depends on how long the stain had been set in as well. I learned the ammonia from watching Alton Brown's cooking show. He pourd ammonia into a glass of red wine (tannins) and the red wine turned into white wine. Pretty amazing.</HTML>by Brian Angelucci - Auto Detailing: Secrets of the Experts

<HTML>Hi Mark, Stoner, Inc. has been with us from the start. I'm sure Dave and John would be more than happy with offering discounts to PDTA members. Don't see why they wouldn't since they're 100% supportive with everything were doing this for -- savings and support for the detailers. <HTML>Hi Roberto, How's business in Spain going? Did you receive the boat detailing manual yet? If so, what do you think of it? A good back-up program for contacts I recently tried is Plaxo. <HTML>Lee, I've seen plenty of older Jeeps with the white haze (usually starts by the washer fluid sprayers) towards the center of the hood. A detail shop may be able to buff it up to a more satisfactory color/shine but don't be surprised to see it fade again rapidly. Older conventional finished oxidize fast. <HTML>I agree that you should be formal and respectful in a letter. Sometimes though, writing "I" before a word, or even you, is a must. <HTML>We know the dealer is to blame but what does the odor smell like? Does it smell too clean like a degreaser is still lingering? Does it have a petroleum smell such a a paint thinner?
