<HTML>Rich, I feel your pain, have to do this every day .

Pull about one inch of the backing paper off, stick that one inch of floor mat to the floor , then peel the backing paper from under the mat as you go, some people also roll them up and then roll them on to the carpet.

Someone should invent spray on mats.

<HTML>I pull them over the paper floor mats,onto a plastic fold out table "Need a rod hanging from something to hang roll on....then we put in cars, so the edge of the sticky part just barely sticks to the carpet and such ,customers like it better than putting over carpet ...thats in my area at least...and then you dont worry about the problems associated with the carpet protectors sticking to us or such, when its windy or just having a bad day!!!</HTML>
