<HTML>anyone have or use check lists we used to have them but for the life of me i cant find them with the turn around of employee's i think its a must...
and i read here that some of you use a waiver for engine shampoo's ???
if someone could post that it would be great..
most of the work we do is for some of the larger dealerships here but the public is starting to come around and as I spend the majority of my time doing higher end stuff i dont have the time too baby sit clean up... hence the reason for a check list also i have found its always good to do a walk around with the customer and point out things like craked vent shades and major chips and scratches also a good way to up sell accesories and paint and dent repair
