69 judge rear spoiler

Just wondering if the 69 judge rear spoiler was ever a factory option on the gto or if it was really only a judge option? I have seen alot of cars with them on but wondering if they were owner installed.?

they were a option and available for the 69 pricey it was but it was available mostly for HO and RA's but there has been lower horse power'd goat's to have but they were not a factory option it was a dealer option except for The Judge it came factory on the car

In 1969 rear spoilers were only available from the factory on GTO Judges. All others would have been installed after delivery which makes them incorrect.
